Leaders Fitness Academy, founded by Dr. Harshad A.K, is a part of Leaders Group including Leaders Fitness Club & Academy operating successfully in Dubai in partnership with AIKARO and recognized by Reps UAE and ICREPs. Following his dream to provide fitness education and to create awareness among the trainers on the importance of quality education, the idea of a fitness academy in his hometown, Kannur, was made into a reality.

Dr. Harshad A.K

As the founder and Managing Director of Leaders Fitness Academy, Dr. Harshad A.K, leads the company with his extensive experience and passion for the health & fitness industry. Born in Kannur, Kerala, he holds a PhD from Banasthali University. His Fitness experience in Power lifting gained him a Gold Medal from Bharathiar University & also two time Wrestling Champion title in the state of Kerala, India. With his continuous research and active involvement he was able to bring tremendous success to many ventures such as Brillianz Education Group, Leaders College, Leaders education, Leaders Documents and Services, Leaders IT Solutions, Tasty House Restaurant & City Makani Restaurant.

DIPLOMA IN PERSONAL TRAINING

This is a foundation program that allows the students to have an in-depth understanding of the science behind the various concepts and components of health and fitness. The course is comprised of well researched and up-to-date information that hold the key in unlocking a student’s potential of utilizing all the given tools in the most effective way for their clients to succeed in both physical and behavioural aspects.
 
This Diploma is Internationally recognized by REPS INDIA (Member of International Confederation of Registers for Exercise Professionals: ICREPs) under Category Personal Trainer and is aligned to India’s NSQF Level – 4 (Fitness Trainer) which awards the Certification from the Sports, Physical Education, Fitness and Leisure Skill Council (SPEFL-SC).Further you are eligible for Certificate up gradation to Reps India, in addition to the provision of a Portability Letter. Our outgoing students are eligible to work as world-class Personal Trainers Internationally; moreover, they can have the benefit of portability to any other country that falls under ICREPs, such as, UAE, Australia, Ireland, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand and Poland.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Before signing up for the course, you will agree on the cost and payment schedule. You must adhere to the payment schedule and make all payments on time.
  2. If you choose to pay in instalments, you must complete the payments within 135 days from the enrolment date. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of AED 500 per month.
  3. The first instalment of AED 2500 must be paid during enrolment or before the start of the Theory/Practical Sessions.
  4. The course duration is four months, and there is a one-month free extension for completing all submissions and payments. If there is any delay, an extension fee of AED 500 will be charged to the student’s account.
  5. If a student wants to transfer to the practical sessions of an upcoming batch, a transfer fee of AED 300 will be charged.
  6. Changing exam dates after they are issued will incur a fee of AED 500.
  7. Once a payment has been made, it is non-refundable.
  8. The learner is required to attend all online live theory sessions scheduled by the academy on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays).
  9. If a learner will be late or absent for a course, they must notify the course coordinator at least one hour in advance. It is the learner’s responsibility to catch up on any missed material.
  10. The cost of the course includes access to E-Manuals, Practical Sessions, Learner Assessment Pack, and Theory & Practical Assessments.
  11. If a student has any outstanding payments, they will not be allowed to attend the Final Practical Assessment.
  12. Students must safeguard their work and not share it with fellow students as plagiarism is not permitted.
