FITKIDZ X-TRAINING

This program is specifically designed to educate and equip physical education teachers with a base level of X-Training and is formatted to be children-specific. Authentic and well-tested training methods will be taught from the grass-roots level, which requires no equipment and is calisthenics based. Making exercise fun, safe and effective is the focus of this program. It also includes lessons on obesity, basic anatomy, bullying, and anger management. Topics on the cardiovascular system and basic exercise programming for students are a part of the curriculum. This workshop will cover the benefits of X-Training and will give the teacher an understanding of the program and its implementation. This course will also cover topics on Blood pressure, the difference between Aerobic and Anaerobic training, etc. Teachers will be introduced to and will focus more on practical application to ensure that the correct form and technique are being applied.

THE FOAM ROLLING WORKSHOP

This workshop is specifically designed to educate new entrants in the fitness industry and well as fitness enthusiasts about a safe and effective method of relaxing and easing their sore muscles. It’s a foundation level of training and implementation that will aid our trainers and students in taking care of the body. This course will also enable them to add variety to their workouts. Authentic and well-tested training methods will be taught from the grass-root level, which requires no equipment except a foam roller. Base anatomy is a part of the curriculum. This workshop will cover the benefits of foam rolling as well as the dos and don’ts of the same. The course will cover many hands-on/practical applications and teaching styles. Close monitoring during the course will ensure that our students will implement each move with perfection.

This workshop will cover the benefits of Kettlebell Training and will give the trainer an understanding of programming and implementation. The Ultimate Pump is a full-body workout that targets multiple muscles simultaneously in every exercise. It combines strength, endurance, and cardiovascular training. Base anatomy, levels of intensity, and exercise programming for clients are a part of the curriculum. It also covers topics on Blood pressure, the difference between Aerobic and Anaerobic training, etc. Ultimate Pump focuses more on practical application to ensure that the correct form and technique are being applied. This program is based on the principles of reduction of imbalance, active rest, and muscle failure. It has been created in Tabata Training Module to enable even the unfit client to benefit from this workout.

Studio Cycling

Indoor cycling (commonly known as spinning) is a group exercise class that takes place on a stationary indoor bike and focuses on endurance, strength, interval and high intensity training, as well as cycling race simulations and recovery. It is becoming increasingly popular as a preferred method of training and the demand for spinning instructors, as a result, is very high Level 1 of this course will provide you with all the knowledge and tools you need to work as an effective Studio Cycle Instructor.

Boot camp Instructor

This course is specifically designed for Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Trainers to create challenging and interactive boot camp training sessions. The exercises can be added to traditional weight training and cardio programmes or put together in a group class format that is very effective for improving functional power, cardiovascular endurance and improving the physique. The aim of this course is to make the trainer aware of the different methods associated with using a variety of practical training equipment tools while training in an outdoor setting. There are safety aspects that need to be considered and special precautions that need to be considered when using each of the pieces of equipment with clients. A thorough understanding of safety needs to first be in place before any training can commence. This course will focus on teaching how to structure boot camp classes, from beginners’ level to very advanced.

Sports Massage

Sports massage therapy forms an important part of an athlete’s pre, post and inter-event training strategies. This course covers the basics of general massage techniques and delves into the science behind sports massage therapy.
