Boot camp Instructor
This course is specifically designed for Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Trainers to create challenging and interactive boot camp training sessions. The exercises can be added to traditional weight training and cardio programmes or put together in a group class format that is very effective for improving functional power, cardiovascular endurance and improving the physique. The aim of this course is to make the trainer aware of the different methods associated with using a variety of practical training equipment tools while training in an outdoor setting. There are safety aspects that need to be considered and special precautions that need to be considered when using each of the pieces of equipment with clients. A thorough understanding of safety needs to first be in place before any training can commence. This course will focus on teaching how to structure boot camp classes, from beginners’ level to very advanced.

Studio Cycling
Indoor cycling (commonly known as spinning) is a group exercise class that takes place on a stationary indoor bike and focuses on endurance, strength, interval and high intensity training, as well as cycling race simulations and recovery. It is becoming increasingly popular as a preferred method of training and the demand for spinning instructors, as a result, is very high Level 1 of this course will provide you with all the knowledge and tools you need to work as an effective Studio Cycle Instructor.
